mirical machine workout

This kind this really pisses me off. For people to spend all this time/money/effort in something like this when they can just get off their asses and run round the block/on a treadmill/lift weights.

At the end of the day it shows that people DONT want to put any effort into goals of slimness/whatever.

And seeing as Madonas doing it I'm sure it'll be the craze in the gyms that can afford a few units.

Are we SURE she got that vibrating thing to "work out" on?

Yup, most expensive dildo I've ever seen! And as for Maddona being heavily muscled... lean, yes. Johnny Ross is a user too eh? Well, I'll be looking out to see if he miraculously becomes heavily muscled.

they had one in fitness first gym i used to be in ,never bothered trying it .an im sure madona built her body on weights before that machine was even invented.

i bet that would be awesome AFTER a heavy workout to further push your muscles to the never brink. i would consider getting/using it to help myself cut better AFTER doing an HST cut workout. I bet streching on that after running will really help to. I dont see, however, how it could be a complete workout all in itself... Also it seems a little expensive though for a vibrating piece of metal when you could just turn your car on and stand on the hood while someone rev the engine for 15 minutes, then trade places

I saw this thing on TV. It's just a new way to get slim apprently without having to do anything. Just like those viabrating belts that people used to wear.

A lot of people will do anything to get thin. Anything except eating right, and exercising!
