I was supposed to start my first week of 10's on this past Monday (10/24), but came down with a bad cold on the day before. I plan to get back to the gym this coming Monday (10/31).
Should I pick up where I left off and start with the first week of 10's, or repeat the last week of 15's? Also, are my max weights still valid or should I lower them to compensate for strength loss that I am sure I will experience?
