missed workout day 2 of the 10s

hi guys,

i have missed the workout i should actually do on wednesday the day2 of my 10s miniroutine, because i had to work that day.

Now should i just skip this day and do day3 or still do day2 on friday(today)

Don't sweat it over much, you could just do what you missed today (w/o 2) and either not worry(it will be fine) or do w/o 3 on saturday to "catch up" and then carry on normally next wk.
