missing workouts?

i skipped a week of my current HST cycle due to some emergency traveling. Would it be ok to just pick up where i left off and continue with it?

specifically, i'd just finished the 10s, then i had to fly off for some business, and i just got back. so i repeat the last week of the 10s THEN move on to the 5s?

You could go back to the start of the 10s but I think in your case I'd just start on the 5s particularly if you have some zig-zag between mesocycles.
