I've been reading about hst over the past week and I've decided to modify it and create my own plan.
But I have a couple of questons:
1) In my plan, I do a different excersise for each body part each workout.
For instance i'll do bench on monday and incline bench on wed. etc, increasing the poundage each week and opposed to every workout. Is this a good idea or is it better to stick with the same routine over the course of the week.
Also, I plan on changing reps every 2 weeks starting with 10, then 8 and 5x5 cutting out isolation movements focusing on the compound movements when I get to 5x5.
Is this also a good idea? Comments are welcome.
