Multiple sets on 15's

Gang,

Anyone doing multiple sets on 15's? If so, what rest period are you doing?

Takes forever to recover on high-rep deads and squats.
 
Ideally it would be 30 - 60 seconds, but I say as long as it takes for you to be able to complete all the reps in the next set. No way i could do 15 deads wait 30 sec. and do another 15. I would pass out, of course I'm outta shape :)
