My 2nd cycle, what do you guys think?

ATG Squats (this and calves will be the only 2 machines now, due to equipment limits)
Incline db press
Close grip bench press
Weighted pull ups
Calve Extension

B
Deadlift
Flat DB bench press
DB shoulder press [upright]
Kneeling db row
Wide grip barbell curls sset with close grip curls
 
Drop curls and calf extensions. Add jump roping for calves if you really feel you need something there. This way, you have a much more condensed, simpler routine that focuses on the most important lifts.
 
Routine looks OK, I'd have probably changed some stuff but that is personal preference.

eg: weighted dips with bench alternated, the pull-ups I'd have rather included chin ups with close reverse grip or at least do one of each.

Instead of close grip press I'd have done skull crushers, but really it is up to you what works best.

So, what else concerns you?

dun mind if i butt in. if u've not tried a new movement before,
go try it w an empty bar or very very light weights to get
e execution & safety right. My friend suffered a tennis elbow injury which put him out for bout 2 mths due to something similar. so safety first....
