And some people say "HST won't make your muscles stronger" but I think they misunderstood one of Brian's posts, I read it to mean something like "if you wanna be a power lifter HST is probably not optimal".
I've just finished the 10's of my 2nd cycle and have managed to make the 10% increase I set, despite thinking I'd not be able to half way through my 15's, I almost reset all RM to be only +5%, glad I didn't!
