this is my 2nd cycle of hst this year i think and i went from 225x5 times to 260x5 just by doing hst so in a 16 week period my bench has jumped up alot

And some people say "HST won't make your muscles stronger" but I think they misunderstood one of Brian's posts, I read it to mean something like "if you wanna be a power lifter HST is probably not optimal".

I've just finished the 10's of my 2nd cycle and have managed to make the 10% increase I set, despite thinking I'd not be able to half way through my 15's, I almost reset all RM to be only +5%, glad I didn't!
 
Great lifting p0fell0w. So you must be very close to being in the 300 club now? Have you given it a shot?
