My first cycle, need help! Please...

    I am having trouble splitting some of my maxes on hst (weight in kg)
                                     15x 10x 5x repetitions
    Squat                          40 50 60
    Incline bench press        50 60 70
    Flat dumbel bench press 18 24 28 (probelm here )
    Lat machine pull down    60 70 80
    Seated cable rows         50 60 70
    Upright rows                 30 36 40 (hard to split maxes over 2 weeks)
    Presses behind neck       34 40 44 (same here, hard no to zigzag)
    Laterl raises                  8 10 12 (even if i want to split, there are no dumbells of weight thats in between, now what? (()
    Biceps curl                   26 30 36
    Triceps push downs       45 55 60 execise sux, but 2 late now
    Calfs                           60 80 100 doing them really slow
    Abs on machine            50 60 70
    Flat dumbel bench press, Upright rows, Presses behind neck, Laterl raises (<<<---help here...), are the problem.
    Any tips and comments are highly apriciated!!

    actually looks fine to me,i wouldnt worry too much about zigzaging it happens,although i dont like it myself.

    Looks quit long your workout, you could try this imoi

    Squat 40 50 60
    Incline bench press 50 60 70
    Lat machine pull down 60 70 80
    Upright rows 30 36 40
    Presses regular 34 40 44
    Laterl raises 8 10 12
    Biceps curl 26 30 36
    Triceps push downs 45 55 60
    Calfs 60 80 100
    Abs on machine 50 60 70
