Just finished my first HST Workout and currently on SD, attached is my log for next workout, please critque if you feel like it, should I be keeping the same exercises or moving them around?
Weight are in KG.
 
stick to the same exercises. your muscles will be primed for them now. you should be able to increase the weight by 5-10%

Yeah, I'd agree with Oz - since you've only done 1 HST cycle, go ahead and hit another one with the same lifts. I think the 'changing up' exercises philosophy has some merit (although not nearly as much as bro-mags suggest), but mostly for lifters who are stalling.
