I start my negs this week. So far this cycle has been pretty good. So far I have put an inch on my chest, 3/4" on my biceps and even 1/4" on my forearms.
Now I don't know what my bf is but I think I have at least 25 lbs of fat to drop. Now I worked so hard to get this new muscle and I don't want to loose it cutting.

chicken salad or chicken/turkey wrap

yogert
dinner
chicken or beef with veggies
snack
fruit and shake
I will be doing 45 min cardio 6 days a week in the eve. I will lift m w f. Doing 2 weeks of 5's then 2 weeks negs in the morning. No sd till I finish cutting.
Let me know what you guys think of this. I have been in the mindset of getting bigger for so long now. The thought of getting smaller has me freaked out! I just don't wanna loose any muscle.
