What do you like my routine? Anything that I should change?

Frontsquat
Straight-leg deadlift
Bench press
Bent-over row/Wide-grip pulldown
Military dumbbell press
Rear Lateral Raise
Hammer Curl
Skull crushers
Seated calfraise
 
Looks good, go lift

FYI, not just to you but anybody, any routine will work as long as you hit the muscle groups that you are wanting to increase, follow the principles that underlie HSTand eat.

There is a lot of talk on isolation and compound, static and dynamic, eccentric and concentric and although these do have an impact on muscle growth the frequent unaccustomed loading is the main priority.

Just had to get that off my chest.
