Q quadancer New Member Jan 5, 2008 #3 Pendlays are better than bent. Pullups better than pulldowns, as soon as you can do them. As TR said, what about your wheels?

E EL_VIEJO New Member Jan 5, 2008 #4 I concur with the above. I'd drop the incline press or alternate it with bench press and add in squats alternated with dealifts. Unless there is some reason you aren't able to do lower body moves.
