My workout. does it look ok?

Bench Press
Bent Rows
Smith Machine Mil Press
Pull Ups
Close Grip Bench
Barbell Curls
Squat will rotate with deadlifts every other workout
Deadlift will rotate with squat every other workout

Does that look good

I'm also doing 2 sets of 15 2 sets of 10 and 3 sets of 5s
 
Why do the military press on the Smith? Free weights work better.

I 2nd that.
 
Definitely avoid the Shirley Machine. It forces you to move the bar in an unnatural manner; it will only hurt you over time.

The close grip bench and the curls are the sort of thing you usually don't need until you've been working out for quite a while. I'd try to focus on the major compound lifts at first. Then, maybe after two or three cycles you might decide whether you need the extra arm work.
