What kind of training method is Myo reps?

It's basically a combination of Clustering and Max-Stim.

I am waiting for Borge to send me an English Version, then I'll post it on Max-Stim
 
In the realm of fatique management, I feel that MS/M time is a natural progression of clustering (for us older trainees with jobs/kids) as it allows for fluctuating energy levels/available time for working out... No real science, just the way it works for me
