Negatives

Just finished the first six weeks and wow my strength has really shot up! Before was doing 100Kg for 5 now upto 110kg for 5.
I am not doing negatives as I train alone, some have suggeste I do a couple of weeks of 3's.
Could I just go for SD now and start again, What do you all think?
 
It's not bad to do a third and fourth week of fives. Or perhaps try some triples -- triples really help build strength.

Listen to what your body is telling you. If you are achy and tired and don't want to train, an early SD isn't gonna hurt.
