New Abbreviated Routine Idea

My current routine is 6 days a week;

Squat 2 sets
Dips 2 sets
Chins 2 sets
Milatary press 2 sets

I was playing around with some ideas and this is what i've come up with.

Workout 1 (M/W/F)

Leg Extension + Leg Curl
Incline Bench
Bent Over Row (Supinated/Narrow Grip)
Milatary Press (DB or BB i'm not sure yet)
Bent Over Row (Pronated/Wide Grip)

Workout 2 (T/T/S)

Squat
Dip
Chin up (Supinated/Narrow)
Seated lateral Raise + Lying Lateral Rear Delt Raise
Pull up (Pronated/Wide Grip)

What do you think?
 
IF not the above then the following,

Hip Belt Squat
Incline Bench
Bent Over Row (Supinated/Narrow Grip)
Milatary Press (DB or BB i'm not sure yet)
Bent Over Row (Pronated/Wide Grip)
Dip

Workout 2 (T/T/S)

Squat
Dip
Chin up (Supinated/Narrow)
Lying Lateral Rear Delt Raise
Pull up (Pronated/Wide Grip)
Incline press
 
I'm thinking of doing something similar for my next cycle, which will be a cutting cycle.

4-6 exercises

I got way too greedy on my first cycle (chose 14 exercises) and I'm paying the price now on the negatives - the workout takes about two hours. But I'm managing, gonna tough it out and learn from the mistake.

I think the exercises you got are pretty much the ones I'd take as well. Then again, I'm hardly an authority on this subject.
