Hi, Movinmav, welcome to HST and this board! Here you will find a lot of friendly and knowledgeable people ready to help you out. Personally, I have learnt A LOT from the other guys, and I'm still learning. For your first time, I suggest that you stick with a "vanilla" HST workout, just to get the feel of it. Remember that HST is primarily a set of principles. Once you have correctly understood these principles, many things regarding training will clear up. If you haven't already done so, I strongly recommend that you read the FAQ, it will help you understand what HST is all about. Anyway, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. After all, this is a place where we can share our experiences and learn from each other.
