I just started my cycle, i`m one week deep now, and I feel really confident that its working!

Pleased with it so far.

The funny thing is: Though I do ALOT less volume pr day, I get exactly as stiff as I did when i did high volume, I guess i`m doing well in little sets i`m performing, really happy about that.

Have some stats measurements that I took before the cycle, will compare when i`m done, already looking forward to weigh myself again on monday (Weigh`in once per week to see that you kcal are high enough to build tissue).

That was my two cents worth ;)
 
I weigh myself everyday and then analyze it weekly to see if the thermodynamic theory matches what I am doing and my goals.
