Newb Looking for training log

Hey there, hows everybody doin?
Gonna give this HST a try starting this week...looks and sounds like an awesome program from what I've read. Anyway, just thought I would check to see if anybody has a link to or has a training log I could record my progress in?

this suggestion has been discussed already. I am also surporter of this idea but it seems to be not everybody.

There are several spreadsheet threads already in existence on this forum, just do a search. I'm sure you can find one that works for you.
