I'm new to hst.
I'm in my second week of 15s. I have a question about missing workouts.
I'm training on m/w/f; if,for example, I cannot train on wednesday for any reason what should I do ?
1- Do the wednesday w/o on friday and simply shift every w/o that follows one (training) day ahead
2- Skip the w/o, and do only 5 instead of 6 training days.
