Number of days between training

Currently on workout 5 of the 5's and training going well, my question is this:
I use the gym at my place of work (No fees is the best bit) but because of this I sometimes may go with 2 or 3 days between workouts if I am not at work,although this is not too often, Do you think it will make much difference to the HST program.
 
No not really, as long as you don't make it a weekly thing then it shouldn't be a real big deal. I go probably one week out of each month where I only manage to lift twice (occasionally only once) a week and it doesn't make a huge difference in the long run. The main thing is to make sure that it doesn't turn into once a week every week, then once a month, etc etc etc.
