off days

What do you do during your off days? On tues, thurs, and the weekend all I want to do is pick up some weight and do some curls. Is there anything I can do on off days besides cardio, that won't disrupt my HST program? Coming from a workout with 6 day splits, it hard to get used to 4 days off, but I do seem to get more done???
 
why not split your routine into 6 days

That's it, if you don't have anything else to do!

Engage 6xweek training! You will end up surprising yourself! Just remember to eat more!
 
During my off days I take a quick walk at lunch and try to get another 15-20 minute walk in at night.

How about a flexibility program? Stretching on your off-days can help your muscles to recover as well as massage and hot/cold treatment on sore muscles.
 
How about focusing on abs on those days...... a aprogram like this:

- 3x tri set: reverse crunch + crunch + twist
- 3x tri set: lateral crunch + raise legs + russian twist

it will take you like half an hour
