What do you do during your off days? On tues, thurs, and the weekend all I want to do is pick up some weight and do some curls. Is there anything I can do on off days besides cardio, that won't disrupt my HST program? Coming from a workout with 6 day splits, it hard to get used to 4 days off, but I do seem to get more done???
