Opinion on cycle

What is your opinion on these cycles?

2 weeks 3x10
2 weeks 3x5
Then try to reach new PR's whit clustering, max-stim, etc

Anouther opition is just 2 weeks to get to your 5RM, then go as the first opition(trying to reach news pr's.The volume here will be 20 reps per mov, constant.

My goal is hypertrophy.I will only use compouds on my cycle.

Can't say I've done anything similar, but the idea of reaching your 5 RM in 2 weeks seems a little quick. You'd either have to start in the high 70 or 80% of your 1RM or make HUGE increments per workout. And I can assure you, that reaching your 5RM in 2 weeks... there is no way you will be able to withold 20 reps. I can attest to that from experience, unless you plan on using all Max-Stim with ridiculous m-times.

I'm certainly no HST expert, but my current cycle has given me some great results and I think it very logically follows HST principles, and is very simple at that. Check out my thread in the log section. My percentages range vary from 65-100% of my 1RM and rep totals per exercise vary from 30 to 10.

Your cycle looks very interesting.I also like to gain strength, since I want to be very strong naturally.
