overloading on body parts???

Ok so I've been reading around quite a bit and I'm unsure as to whether I'll be overdoing it on my training.

I'm looking at doing weighted dips as well as tricep extensions and bench press. Are the dips going to overload the training if I do them every session with the other 2? And do I do the compound exercises first before the isolations? (and if so, bench before dips)

if your going to do dips and bench i would do incline bench..i do both..carry on with the tricep ext and when you get to the 5s if its to much drop them..good luck :D
