Perfect form or Cheating

I was just wondering how everyone performed their lifts.
I used to train with powerlifters, superheavy sacrificing form a bit.
I just wondered what other people thought of going ligher with perfect form, or cranking it up and cheating (a little).

I don't know that there is a correct answer to this, but I tend to use pretty clean form all the way thru the 15s and 10s, then maybe loosen up a little in the second week of the 5s and beyond.

Good question, depends on the exercise I think.

Squats, deads, bench, = perfect form

bentover row, military press = body language

Good stuff, in your opinion whats perfect form for squats. Bum to the floor, knees feet width apart, torso as upright as possible?

i recently changed my RMs to adjust for better form as well. i never thought my form was bad, but a shoulder injury persuaded me to make my form as good as possible.
