Please, a need few HST routines

Hi!! i'm from spain and i have seen and red a lot of things about the HST during my holidays on USA. I'd like start with HST cycle when i come back to sapin on september.

Please, would you mind give me a few HST routines?? And i have two questions more:
1. how many series i have to do, every day?? 17, 20,...
2. what is it better, more exercises for the same muscle o less ones?
