Please HeLP me DEcide

my plan was tues, thurs, Sat, rest for 2 days. because I have more time on those days. However, this tuesday I have to go out the whole day for important family event. And I cant workout monday or Wednesday. So what should I do?

Friday, Sun, Tues, Thurs, Sat, rest for 2 days (10s cycle compete
or


Thurs, Sat, Rest for 2 days, Tues, Thurs, Sat ( 10 s cyle complete)

or something else? Thanks
 
I think it's ok to miss one day. I have to re-arrange all the time. Just try not to miss 2 days in the cycle, or miss days a lot. Shoot for 90%.

Never mind one day missed, what i do, when it happens, I either jump a day to my next workout or start again with the same weights as for the w/o I missed.

Don't fuss, just do it!

Solution:

1. Set the alarm clock, rise at 04:30
2. Perform your workout. Spend the day with your family.
3. Sleep.

Don't beat yourself up about it. Family is more important than lifting heavy weight. Just stick with it for the rest of the cycle and you'll be absolutely fine. Keep going. Ever see a cross country runner take a digger? That's you. Just get back up and keep running. Run Forrest RUN!
