I see that the HIT crowd have a new book to drool over coutesy of Dr Darden. Well that's just fine and dandy... for them. But what I need is a nice shiny new HST book to finally replace my dog-eared print-outs in a binder.
Stuffed with useful HST info and pics it'll be sure to sweep away the last few cobwebs left from other training methodologies still lurking in the corners of my mind.
I have a selfish reason for asking too! The thing is, I am now losing valuable w/o time spent trying to explain HST to interested folks. Trying to do so between sets of AtoG squats is just asking too much! If I could only hand them an HST book (and then encourage them to get their own) I would be able to better focus on the job in hand.
So Bryan, please Sir, can I have some more? I really hope there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Will we have an HST book by the end of the year? I really hope so, but I don't expect so.
