Possibilities?

I was reading over the FAQ about the 15's, and how they are primarily used to get your tendons ready for the heavier loads. Now that being said, does it hold any ground to go from the 15's right to the 5's,drop sets, negs, etc? Or do the 10's provide for something more than a transition? and has anyone ever tried it?

well, you'd be missing out on the hypertrophic stimulus of the 10's. It'd make your cycle much shorter, but, assumably, more effective because you stay "farther" ahead of the RBE, at least at first.

You will have to try it out and see how it works for you. Some people get some good growth during the 10s, some people don't. Find out what works best for you. I did a minicycle early this month that I am currently SD'ing from, doing only fives. I found that I didn't grow as much as I did during a full cycle, but my strength increased a lot. So I think I missed out on some growth stimulus from the tens. Maybe you will have the same issue, maybe not.

i'd skip the 15s but not the 10s. . i loathe the 15s but lovin the 10s
