pre-made program ?

Hi all,

Im new here and i would need some advice. I do understand the HST program philosophy and it look great!

1. Is there a premade workout routine or do i have to make one myself from compound exercice?

2. Is doing eliptical for about 30 min at a earth rate range between 120 and 140 is too much?

read the simplify and win thread...has some great routines based on compound exercises. definitely a must read for new hst-ers.
