Pre or Post?

If a guy wants to bike or swim -- should it be done before or after the workout? Say just 30 mins. I remember Vicious had a hard fast rull about this. I just forget where his post is.

I say after the workout swim.

This way you are not fatiqued and it doesn't cut into your energy for load on the weights.

Bob you must be really looking to get your cut on???

EPOC (excess post exercise oxygen consumption) is higher post-exercise is you do cardio before weights, but strength and power is diminished. If your goal is strength, power, and hypertrophy, then weights before cardio...otherwise, cardio before weights.
