problem book order

i ordered the book loaded guns by larry scott from his company larry scott research.they charged my credit card but they did not send the book .
i contacted then through email a dozen times but they dont reponse.
any ideas what can be done?and i think they offer a bad service and would never recommend someone ordering from them
any help will be appreciated

Yeah, they have broken their part of the contract with you. Your card company will be able to help.

Once you get your refund, be sure to get Starting Strength if you haven't got it already.
 
no way, Loaded Gunz...that is the best book ever written about bodybuilding.

Save your money....I 'll give you an over view.
3x10 barbell curls
3x10 preacher curls
3x10 scott curls (of course)
3x10 concentration curls
3x10 hammer curls
3x10 tricep pushdown
3x10 close-grip bench
3x10 skullcrushers
3x10 Tri. extensions

go home and soak your elbows in ice until the swelling subsides. Repeat and soon your arms wil be LOADED GUNZ!

Don't forget to put 1 ml of synthol into each bicep every monday.

And if all that doesn't work, get implants.
 
First be sure that you're contacting them through a proper link. Many companies have links that have a disclaimer on the bottom saying they don't respond to that particular link. If you've used their "contact us" link or similar, then you want to contact the credit card people.
Surely it's not Larry Scott at fault. His publisher would be the culprit. We can blame Larry for all the guys who got medial epicondilitis in the elbows from the preacher benches he renamed after himself. You name the train; you'd better be sure the rails are in place!
