PROBLEM with when to SD

Yeah my cycle was set for 8weeks and then 2 weeks rest and repeat. But I just realized that I go on vocation for thanks giving for after my 2 week rest, which would make 4 weeks of rest. So do you guys think I should extend my traiing to 10 weeks, or is that too much, I am doing only 10s 5s and negatives with dropset on 5s.

I also want to ask if I were to do an AM/PM workout, how much carbs and proteins should I eat postworkout for each AM/PM period
 
I think you should extend it for the 10 weeks. You might find that you keep growing, and the worst thing that can happen is you maintain where you're at for 2 weeks. If you SD for 4 weeks then you're bound to lose some muscle. So extend it for the 10 weeks. That's my two cents anyway.
 
Extend - if you feel "fresh" enough to do so. Always listen to your body. There's also a question of how to extend it. If you're starting to feel worn out, do high reps, or a mini cycle where you start at 10's (or 15's) and end up at 5's just before SD.
