Progression during 2 week cycles

Hi all.

Trying to put together my first HST routine.

For each 2 week cycle, once you have figured your 15, 10 & 5 rep maxes, how far below them do you start each minicycle.

For example, with (say) 200lb as your 15 rep max for squat, would you go 150, 160, 170, 180, 190, 200 over the 2 weeks, start higher or start lower ?
