Here's a little warm routine you might want to try before getting in to the harder stuff

All that kind of stuff is a lot easier if you are lean. I was amazed how easy body weight stuff felt when I shed 2 stone of fat. Also, can't see the guys legs. If he hasn't got big legs that'll help too. I thought he was going to do some one-arm pull ups like Splapz. Now they are really hard.
