Question about HST

When u finish ur cycle and are going to repeat the cycle, how much weight do u start with? for example if u did 150, 155, 160, 165, 170, 175 for your 2 week 10 reps block, when you are goin 2 do the 10 rep block again would u do something like 155, 160, 165, 170, 175, 180?
 
Yes, that will work fine. Just try to increase whenever and wherever you can over time and across cycles.
