Question for Cutting

Hi,
I am in a prolonged cutting cycle and was wondering if it was worth going thru the normal 15/10/5 cycle or is it better during cutting to keep repeating the 5's and stay heavy as possible to maintain muscle mass during weight reduction??

I'd definitely skip the 15s, but the 10s can be good for a break from the super heavy stuff if you feel you need it.

Yesm, or you could continue to lift heavy but cut back to twice a week.

In any case, you don't want to go light while cutting.
