Close Grip
Rope Hammer

I don't see tricep work, could it be that it is what you are calling rope hammer?

What about close grip on list 2 (what exercise is this actually?)

Either than that the workout is just dandy!

And fausto, some people refer to close grip bench presses as close grips.
Um, most people I know do rows with barbells. It's easy to vary gripth width on them things.
