Ahh, I made an extremely similar post to that a couple months after I joined this forum last summer.

Thanks for the kuddos as Old and Grey, JoeMuscle, Fausto, Totentanz as well as some others helped me a lot with my annoying questions in the beginning.

Knowledge is one thing.

Applying it (training and eating) is another.
