Rep changes

So Im starting up a new cycle today of HST. This will be my 3rd time doing this workout, after breaks from it.

I currently was doing 15/10/5 rep wise.

My thoughts were to change this to 12/8/4 as i think this would benefit me. For example on military press I can't lift much for 15 reps as my arms literally get exhausted by 13 reps.

This way i thought for 12 reps I could lift heavier and probably benefit me towards better gains.

What are opinions on altering the reps. Good / bad / stick with the original?
