I'm thinking about starting the HST, but I have been having a hard time finding a lot of people that have been doing HST for awhile. Please post up pics or your gains just from HST.

i have gained 25lbs in about 16months. however i am too modest to post a pic until i put on another 10-15 and hit 225+.

hst works and works well. it is the best routine out there if you are a natural lifter.
 
Have you checked the stickied topic that says "Your results with HST?" That has like 600 posts, so it's not too hard to find people who've had results with HST if you check that thread.
