Resume hst cycle or start all over?

Question:

Started my second hst cycle but got sick after doing 5 (15 rep) workouts.
Should I continue when I am better with number 6 or start all over?

How long were you out?

If it lasted more than 5 days, I'd start over. Or at least do 1 week of 15s.

Forgot to mention, I am already 6 days out and will be for another 4 - 5 days.
So I guess in total a good 10 days
 
It's up to you and your schedule for the following 8 weeks might be a factor, but unless there is some reason you can't start over - I'd start over.
 
I would either start over completely or just go straight into the 10s when you can start training again. It isn't going to matter a whole lot either way. But if you start back up when you are almost at the end of the 15s, that could be a bit strenuous for you to go right into being that close to a max right away.
