routine adjustment

i'm pretty beat after my workouts, but i think it might be too thin

here it is:
bench
military press
row
squat
stiff leg deadlift
abs

should i add chins and dips? should i switch my stiff leg deadlifts to normal deadlifts or leg presses?

and i'm doing the typical 15x1, 10x2, 5x3 8 week cycle
the 5 rep range is murder with 3 sets of all that compund crap

i want to start swimming too on the off days

I'd stick with that, but you can drop a few sets. I would keep squats, bench and rows at 3 sets, and drop the rest down to 1 or 2 sets. Shoulders get hit during benching, so you don't necessarily need 3 sets of MP, and depending on form, hams get hit during squats, so you don't need so many sets of SLDL either. If you add chins and dips, you may want to alternate them with bench and rows if you are finding your workout a bit hard, or just wait until next cycle to add them in.
