Second cycle question

After not touching a single weight for over 3 years I decided to try HST to help me get back in shape. Its worked rather well and I can see and feel great results even though I was as soft as a marshmallow when I started.

I'm about to finish the first cycle and I'm starting to plan the second, my question is...

How much weight do you guys regularly go up on each 15,10 and 5 max for each cycle?

or should I just find out my 15,10,5 max over again.

any comments will be appreciated.
 
On your last day of 5s or the workout after that, you can refigure your 5 rep max, then use that to build your next cycle. I wouldn't go and retest all my maxes though.
