Second injury

This is my second attemp to complete a cycle drug free 42 yo 205, 5
First cycle was making great progress 3rd wk hurt my should right and really hurt my my right trap, but couldnt tell for a week. This time its under my right pec two inches from my nipple. 1st set of tens 200 @10. Days before 195 @15s no problem. 2 sets of warm ups progressin from 110, 160, to the work set{s}. Mentally I was , am not my best
 
my computer locked up before i could finish. So I am added the rest here bench press last work @ 15x195 easy , next 200x10 equals injury? also when i hurt my trap a month ago, still hurts , 205x10 also looked strong but now my trap is bad, what gives? Should I now drop chest moves? I am looking for long term health but need some real progress also when I weighed still 205 but clearly all poundages have clearly gone up but my waist is now 39". Need some guideance should I attemp to work thru or SD again or just nix chest and finish.
I had just bought twist lock Dumbbells to do overhead tri extensions. Definitely puts pressures, stretch on area of pec. Any comments appreciated,

tough luck mate just do what you can along with some cardio and watch your diet..good luck :D
 
Well more info now I can feel a tear with my left index finger in the right pec the pain isnt really significant but I am really bummed out. Smooth on the left, rough and bumpy on the right. Found this link with a google http://www.physsportsmed.com/issues/1997/08aug/selesnick.htm
He said partial tear equals 2 week of nothing , 4 to 6 weeks before you restart so Now I will finish remaining 4 weeks but no chest and no 1 arm dumbell rows on the right side. It really not as bad As I had imagined but still sux. As far being Fat I will continue to bulk adding 500 calories every few days until the pudge factor goes up besides Thanksgiving and Xmas are really bad times to diet. Will use some modern "suppluments" dieting in January . Then A other bulker
