Should I be obessed with the 5s

I think I am obessed with 5s. I am currently cutting. Please keep this in mind people, because I have no way of telling if I increase weight or not.

Anyways, the 5s have majorly increase my strength. Everytime I restart my HST cycle, I cant wait to get to the 5s. However, I was wondering if this is right for me if I want hypertrophy?

My incline, for example, increases by 5 pounds every week when I am doing max on 5s. But does that mean I increase in hypertophy as well?

Hypertrophy is measurable, just check size gains!

Obsessed with 5's? Well it is a good range and it happens to produce good growth so why not?

Have you tried 5 x 5's? I am going to give it bash as I train that way anyway when I am pushing heavy!

It si a double progression system, progress on the day to a ceratin maximum and over time to another (like P.R. or somthing like it), it is a cool way of doing things I'd say!
