Should I or Shouldn't I?

Well, by the grace of God, I have survived 15, 10, 5 cycles. I got injured (not due to HST but to running on hard pavement) and a left elbow injury from doing weighted dips.

Okay...here is my question...I started HST right out of the gate and I did not do the traditional find-your-max workout scheme (15, 10, 5) then S.D.

Should I start my second cycle by doing the T.F.Y.M. or just jump right into my second cycle using the maxes I discovered by trial and error?

By the way, I just finished my 9 day S.D. after a 5 cycle. I went to the gym today to find my 15 max and decided to ask this question.

You're half way there! Why not do the rest and get it right?

After all a couple more days will only help to heal up the elbow, etc, etc.

The other option T.F.Y.M. is also acceptable though as you have already found those by trial and error.

Your pick, mate. Oh...stop running on hard pavement
