Shoulder Pain - Day 3 of 10's

I just did day 3 of my tens on Tuesday. Took wednesday off. Thursday is a second day off, but somehow my shoulder started hurting. pain is located on the lateral deltoid.

I do dumbbell military press. i lift with the weights slightly forward of my ears. day 3 is only 75% of my 10rep max. I am doing 2x10reps.

I was just using my arms as normal when my shoulder kinked and now the pain comes every time i move my shoulder a certain way. I don't think I can do my squats, 30 degree bench or shoulder press today because of this. I am going to skip day 4 and do it tomorrow and try to catch up next week.

what I want to know is why did they not bother me on the day of the previous workout or the day after.

am i lifting them wrong? too much volume? fluke?

btw ive gained almost 3 lbs of mass this cycle.

You probably just hurt your shoulder,lay off shoulders for a while or try another exercise.

Thereis a good thread here about shoulders and therapy check it out and start doing some rotator cuff work.

Squats sit on your traps, should be fine, for bench,just try to find an angle that does not hurt.
