SICK! & what to do?

I just finished my first cycle of 15's & for some begotten reason have fallen ill. Now, what is a person to do when this happens? I am to start my first day of 10's on Monday and it is Sunday. Do I skip the first day and start Wednesday as if it we my first day, and only have 5 days of 10's? I need some help here, IM HUNGRY FOR MUSCLE. However, I must take into consideration my heath. I will appreciate any advice.

This is what I would do as well.
 
When I get sick it usually just lasts for a few days. &quot;Luckily&quot; my last cycle I got hit on a weekend, so I just took Mondays workout off and did that week on a Tues, Thurs, Sat schedule. Just take off the day that you are in &quot;peak sick condition&quot; and train through minor snuffles.
